This policy aims at providing details of the processing, and related methods of use, of personal data referred to users of the website and/or app of DriveMeTo Users are recommended to read carefully this policy before sending any personal information and/or filling in any electronic form for registration posted on this website and/or app. The data controller is HENXAPP LTD, a company with its registered seat at 4 Wharfe Mews Cliffe Terrace, Wetherby LS22 6LX, England, registered in England under the n. 10974050 (hereinafter the “Company”), which is the owner of DRIVE ME TO service available through the DriveMeTo App and website www.drive-me-to.com (hereinafter the “Service”). In particular, the Service aims at supporting the user (free and for payment) through the app DRIVE ME TO, to digitally return, worldwide, the user the address of the place to go, both in local and native languages (hereinafter the “App”).

B. Purposes of the processing
Any personal information given or collected by connecting to the Service will be processed by the Company as data controller. Data on the geo-location: The App, directly or through the user, will collect data concerning the positions of the user, the place he is, when he is there and his potential photos, using, for example, satellite signals, cellular or Wi-Fi. The App could use the geo-location of the device to give, directly by the Supplier or through third parties, advertising messages personalized on the position of the user. The user has the option to choose in writing to give consent or not for commercial reasons (sending of advertising materials from the Supplier and/or from third parties).
Upon the user’s consent, the Data we collect through the newsletter subscription form (name, surname, email address) are used for sending communications and periodic updates, including invitations to events organized or managed by the Company. The provision of this Data is necessary to complete the subscription and register for the newsletter: if the user doesn’t provide the Data requested, he/she will not receive the Company’s newsletter.
